Q. Where is Will-Call and what time does it open?
A. Will-Call is located at Hilton Chicago in the Continental Ballroom. Will-Call opens at 3:00pm on December 31st.
Q. What do I need to bring to Will-Call? What if I didn't use my credit card to purchase tickets?
A. Please bring the matching credit card used to purchase the tickets, your ID, and the email confirmation. If you didn't use your credit card to purchase tickets, you still must bring the credit card that was used. No exceptions!
Q. What if I purchased a general admission Party Ticket and want to go into the Playboy VIP Lounge?
A. Only Playboy VIP Lounge ticket holders will be allowed into this section. Guests of these ticket holders will not be allowed. However, if you purchased a regular Party Ticket you can purchase a Playboy VIP Lounge Upgrade for $50.00 (prices subject to change, while supplies last).
Q. What if I purchased a ticket and cannot attend?
A. Sorry, all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges.
Q. Is there a dress code?
A. Upscale attire is required. Women typically wear dresses and men wear suits or nice jeans with blazers and dress shoes. Visit the photos/video section and see for yourself.
Q. Is parking available?
A. Although we recommend public transportation, valet parking ($55/night) and self park lots ($43) are available at Hilton Chicago. There are also parking lots nearby on Wabash and State Street. We do recommend staying the night at the hotel and we have arranged a discounted rate of $159* at Hilton Chicago.
Q. Is there a coat check?
A. Coat check is available.
Q. Can I bring friends up to my room?
A. All guests must be registered with Hilton Chicago to receive access to the hotel rooms. Each registered hotel room will receive admission for two guests per room. Additional guests can be registered for $40 per person, limit four persons per room.
