How Much are Bottle Prices?
To Purchase Additional Bottles Prices Range From $225-$300 per 1 Liter Bottles, Tables Can Be Reserved by Contacting Joey G at 773.459.8133
What is the Parking Situation?
Self Parking is Available in several garages lots around The Castle. There is plenty of parking.
Will There Be Valet?
Yes on Valet in Front of the Castle around $15dollars with tip
What is the After Midnight Ticket?
Yes there will be limited number of reduced general admission tickets available after 1am based on space availability.
Will there be a Coat Check?
Yes a Cash Coat Check will be available for $3.00 per Garment
What's the Deal with Hotels and Which ones are connected to The Castle?
Please see our Hotels section to book rooms, we have negotiated lower than normal rates with multiple hotels in the area and when you book online you can take advantage of the lower rates for the ChicagoNYEBall room block. Any questions pertaining to the hotels like how many people per room, etc need to be directed to the hotel.

The Other Hotel is Homewood Suites by Hilton on 40 East Grand, The Promo Code is NYEBall and the $199 price includes parking and breakfast
Is there a VIP Room? What all do VIP Tickets include?
As of Right now we are going to have 5 rooms of music and 3 will be open to General Admission and all 5 to the Platinum Ticket Holders
Platinum Tickets include Premium Open Bar 9-1, Lavish Buffet, The Oakenfold Room, and All Access.
What do I need to bring to will call? What if I didn't use my credit card to purchase the tickets?
Please bring a matching credit card used to purchase the tickets, your ID and the email confirmation. If you did not use your credit card to purchase tickets, you still must bring the credit card that was used. A photocopy of the credit card and ID is acceptable.
What if I purchased a ticket and cannot attend?
No refunds will be issued, all sales are final.
What is the dress code?
Upscale attire is required. Women typically wear evening gowns and dresses and men wear suits with nice dress shoes. Check out the pictures from last year !
